I recently purchased this x33 stand for my 12.9 ipad pro.
I have studied well the videos and reviews of this product prior and after purchasing it. The videos show that when the ipad is attached, you can move the stand up and down while it holds its integrity. However the bottom hinge on my stand is so stiff, that every time I go to move the ipads position, the ipad pops off and sometimes falls off of it because the hinge won't move. Even just moving the hinge without the ipad, requires full force of both hands. I think it is inconvenient to take out the ipad every time I want to reposition, let alone it is not as they depicted in the video.
I reached out to customer service, and they acted as if I was delusional, stating that everything is fine with it, even after sending them a video of how hard it was to move the stand and even how when ai go to reposition the stand, the ipad pops off. They did not offer any solution either, besides offering a discount for a case that hasn't come out yet.
Very disappointed.

I needed a stand to compliment my iPad and give me the ability to work hands-free. The magnet is super strong and you don't have to worry about the iPad slipping or falling off, even when you rotate it.
Things to love about this stand:
- strong magnet to hold iPad in place, but allows it to be detached quickly
- the ability to rotate the iPad vertically or horizontally!!!
- stand folds down nicely for easy storage
- heavy duty, well made and does not tip
The only thing that would make this better is different color options. I do a LOT of work on my iPad daily and have had nothing but a good experience in the month I've been using the stand!

If you love anything tech related and own an iPad Pro this is a must-have. The stand is very sturdy and has a great range of motion. I love that it is magnetic so I can just place my iPad right on with no worries of it falling off. If you're someone like me and are always on the go this great because it can fold and you can just through it in your bag. I use this stand for everything such as; note-taking in class, when I use my iPad as a second monitor, and with a Bluetooth keyboard. This stand took my iPad experience to the next level.
