Can it be used with a phone case?

It can be used with a phone case, but we recommend using a MagSafe-compatible case to ensure a stable magnetic connection. Thick cases may increase the wireless charging distance, weaken the magnetic connection, and cause overheating.

AirPods not charging or no magnetic alignment?

Only the AirPods 4 (with Active Noise Cancellation) supports wireless charging on the secondary charging area. Other AirPods models should be placed on the main phone charging area for wireless charging.

Can’t charge your AirPods?

First, make sure you’re using the adapter and cable included in the package.

Then follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the charging adapter, wait about 5 seconds, and plug it back in.
  2. Place your AirPods in the center of the charging area.
  3. If it still doesn’t charge, try placing the AirPods on the iPhone charging area.
