KUXIU Warranty Policy

At KUXIU, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty for all KUXIU products, applied uniformly to customers worldwide, in accordance with EU consumer protection standards.

This warranty applies only to orders purchased directly from the official KUXIU website (https://kuxiu.co). We are not responsible for products purchased from other platforms or channels.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
• Malfunctioning magnetic components, hinges, or wireless charging systems

This warranty does not cover:

• Accessories or gifts included in the package, such as adapters
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, drops, or accidents
• Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use
• Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications

Shipping Costs

If a product develops a defect covered by warranty within 2 years of purchase:

• KUXIU will cover all shipping costs, including return and reshipment, for repair or replacement.

Note: If the issue is found to be outside the warranty scope, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any applicable repair costs.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our customer support team at support@kuxiu.co and include:
   • Your order number or proof of purchase
   • A description of the issue
   • Photos or videos showing the defect
2. Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for return if eligible.
3. Upon receiving the product, we will repair or replace it free of charge and cover the return shipping.
4. Please do not return any product without first contacting customer support to obtain the proper return instructions. Unauthorized returns may result in KUXIU refusing to cover shipping costs or any related damages.

Additional Notes

• Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.
• Replacement or repaired products do not extend the original warranty period. They are covered only for the remainder of the original 2-year warranty from the initial purchase date.
• This warranty is provided in addition to your local legal consumer rights.
