2. Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.
  • Customers who wish to modify or cancel their order after shipment must follow our return process outlined in our Return Policy.

Return Policy for KUXIU:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KUXIU. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Note: The returned package must be shipped out within three days when you got the return instruction, or you need to follow the new return instruction.

No Reason Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product without any specific reason. If you decide to return the unused product within this period, we will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping costs.
No restocking fee.

Returns between 7 and 15 Days:

If you decide to return the unused product between 7 and 15 days after receiving it, we will refund the full amount of the order. However, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Quality Issue Returns:

If you receive a product with quality issues or noticeable defects, we will accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product. You can return the product to us, and we will provide a full refund and cover all associated costs for exchanging the item. Video showing the details is requested.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the product. If it is undamaged, we will promptly process the refund or exchange.

Refund Time:

Once we receive the return, we will process the refund within 2 business days using your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank and usually ranges from 5 to 15 days.

If you receive a product with defects that render it unusable within 30 days of receipt, we will provide a replacement set of brand-new products. We will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange. However, if the request is made after the initial 30-day period, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the exchange.

3. Damaged due to Misuse:

Please note that if the damage is a result of improper use, such as fire damage, water damage, or breakage due to mishandling, we do not offer an exchange service. It is important to use our products in accordance with the provided guidelines and instructions to prevent such issues.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

Include details about the defect and attach relevant supporting documentation, such as photos, if applicable. This will help us assess the situation and expedite the exchange process.

3. Exchange Approval and Shipping Instructions:

Upon approval of your exchange request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product and ship the replacement set. The returned package must be shipped out within three days. If the exchange request is made after 15 days, we will also inform you of the shipping fee and payment process.

4. Inspection and Replacement:

Once we receive the defective product, our team will inspect it to verify the reported issues. If the defects are confirmed, we will promptly send you a brand-new replacement set.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
