I bought one X33 Pro MAX stand, after two weeks usage, one of pins doesn't spring back causing iPad can not charge power, the company KUXIU received my e-mail then sent me a new replacement right away, very quick and good after-sales service.
I was bought this stand from Amazon US from Taiwan (2024 July 15), after two weeks used, it can not charge power due to one of pins can not spring back. please let me what I can do to get it fix, thank you. (please refer to photo for details)

I love that I can charge my iPad on the stand without having to plug in the iPad directly. It’s the next best thing from having total wireless charging on the iPad.
The build quality is excellent, it is quite heavy and stable and you can place the ipad in any way you want (horizontally, vertically, in a position to draw with the pencil, etc).
The only "problem" I noticed, is that if you have activated the charging on the ipad for "up to 80%", once the charge level reaches there you constantly hear the charging sound at frequent intervals (like plugging and unplugging the charging cable continuously).
Sometimes it even stops charging at 80% but won't start again when it drops below that percentage, unless you unplug and plug the charging cable.
In any case, it is one of the best magnetic ipad stand out there!
