Here's a breakdown of the steps to initiate the return:

1. Please ensure that the stand and all accompanying accessories are undamaged, scratch-free, and complete, and that the packaging box remains intact and clean.

2. Carefully pack the product, similar to the condition you received it in, and send it to the following address:

3. Kindly provide us with a photo of the Shipping Label once it has been affixed to the package and the tracking number.(USPS Only!)

Note: The package must be shipped out within three days when you received the return instruction, or you need to follow the new process then.

4. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in proper condition, we will proceed with a full refund, including the reimbursement of your shipping costs via Paypal. (Package must be returned from the destination of the order)
