Safety Warnings and Precautions
1. Wear gloves: The edges of the aluminum extrusions are sharp. Wear gloves during handling and installation.
2. Do not move the unit alone: Once assembled, the cabinet frame is heavy (approximately 32 kg). At least two people are required when turning it over.
3. Screw-tightening sequence: First snug all connectors. After the complete cabinet frame has been assembled, fully tighten each connector one by one to prevent cumulative alignment errors.
4. Do not overtighten: The recommended tightening torque for M4 screws is ≤ 3 N·m. Overtightening may strip the internal threads or deform the extrusion.
5. Lock the leveling casters: After installation, lock all four brake-equipped leveling casters before placing a 3D printer or other heavy equipment on the workstation. Keep at least two leveling casters locked while the printer is operating.
6. Keep away from heat sources: Because the workstation combines aluminum extrusions and wooden shelves, keep it away from radiators, heat guns, and other heat sources.
7. Child safety: The leveling casters allow the cabinet to move easily. Do not allow children to climb on the cabinet.
8. Remove the protective film from the aluminum extrusions before installation.

Aluminum Extrusion Assembly Diagram
Installation Steps
(Ensure the aluminum extrusions at each connection remain completely level)
1. Main Upright Assembly
① Use M4 hex socket screws to connect two A1 extrusions to three C1 members.
② Use M4 hex socket screws to connect the two A2 extrusions to C3 and C1 respectively. Install each C3 in the orientation shown below, with the two-hole face positioned as illustrated.
③ Use M4 hex socket screws to connect the two A4 extrusions to C3 and C1 respectively. Install each C3 in the orientation shown below, with the two-hole face positioned as illustrated.
2. Main Crossbeam Assembly (Including Acrylic Pegboard)
Internal corner-slot connector installation method:
Three-way connector installation method:
Use M4 hex socket screws to connect two B1 extrusions to one C1 member, forming the bottom crossbeam assembly.
Use internal corner-slot connectors to join the upright assembly to the bottom crossbeam assembly. Note: Maintain a horizontal spacing of 40.5 cm at the drawer opening.
Use M4 hex socket screws to connect the two B5 extrusions. Use internal corner-slot connectors to connect the two B4 extrusions, forming the filament storage area.
Use internal corner-slot connectors to connect two B2 extrusions and one C1 member. Use an M4 hex socket screw to fasten the center C1 member, forming the middle crossbeam assembly.
Use internal corner-slot connectors to connect the two A3 extrusions. Then insert the acrylic pegboard into the grooves of the A3 extrusions. Vertically insert the two acrylic pegboard fixing strips between the aluminum extrusion frame and the acrylic pegboard. Note: Remove the protective film from the acrylic pegboard before installation.
⑥ Use three-way connectors to join two B3 extrusions and two C2 members, forming the top crossbeam assembly.
⑦ Use a three-way connector to connect C2.
3. Install the Four Leveling Casters at the Four Bottom Corners of the Frame
Note: Turn the red knob counterclockwise to lock the caster.
4. Two-Drawer Assembly (Remove the protective film from the acrylic panels before installation)
3D right-angle connector installation method:
Use 3D right-angle connectors to join one E1, two F1, and two D1. During assembly, insert the bottom and side acrylic drawer panels into the grooves.
Use 3D right-angle connectors to join two F1 members and one E1. During assembly, insert the two side acrylic drawer panels into the grooves.
Use 3D right-angle connectors to join two D1 members and one E1 member. During assembly, insert the remaining side acrylic drawer panel into the grooves, and then use 3D right-angle connectors to attach one E1 member.
Install the drawer handle on E1.
Note: Assemble the second drawer in the same way.
⑤ Before installation, separate the rails in both drawer-slide sets. Note: Wear gloves to prevent the grease on the slides from soiling your hands.
Pull each slide fully open. Press the white release lever upward, then separate the two rails completely.
Fasten each rail at four points with screws and T-nuts: use 20-series T-nuts for the inner (smaller) rail and 30-series T-nuts for the outer (larger) rail.
30-series T-nuts 20-series T-nuts
Install each inner rail on the drawer's F1 extrusion, 30 mm from the end face.
Install each outer rail on the C1 extrusion at the drawer position, with both ends aligned.
Insert the drawer's inner rails into the outer rails, then push the drawer fully inward.
Note: If the drawer jams halfway, verify the preceding steps and the 40.5 cm horizontal spacing at the drawer opening.
5. Wooden Shelf Installation
Secure each wooden shelf panel to the frame with four shelf supports.
