Firmware Upgrade Steps for iPad Charging Series Products

Step 1: Preparation

Please prepare a laptop with Windows 10/11 operating system.

Download the firmware upgrade file (ZIP): QZTool_x64 v1.3.1.zip

*Current Version Updated: 2026-05-21

Extract the compressed file and open the folder as shown below:

Step 2: Run the Tool

Locate and open the application: "QZTool_x64.exe"

Step 3: Trigger Upgrade Mode

Locate the Upgrade Trigger Hole on your product. Use the Upgrade Pin Tool to press and hold the button inside.

⚠️ Note: Do not release the button yet. Proceed to Step 4 while holding it down.

Step 4: Connect to Laptop

  • If your laptop has USB-C: Connect the product directly via USB-C.
  • If no USB-C: Use a USB-C to USB-A adapter to connect to the laptop's USB-A port.

Now, you can release the button pressed in Step 3.

Step 5: Perform Upgrade

1. Select the Port: Choose the correct port from the dropdown.

Tip: If the USB-SERIAL port is missing, install the driver: Device Driver > CH340 > SETUP.EXE.

2. Connect: Click "Connect". Successful connection shows "Connect PASS".

3. Open Firmware: Click "Open" and select the .hex file from the "Firmware" folder.

4. Update: Click "Update" to begin. Wait for the "PASS" prompt.

Wait 3 to 5 seconds after the "PASS" prompt appears.

Step 6: Finish

Disconnect the device from the laptop. Your iPad charging series product is now updated and ready for use!
