Here's a breakdown of the steps to initiate the return:
1. Please ensure that the stand and all accompanying accessories are undamaged, scratch-free, and complete, and that the packaging box remains intact and clean. Photo of the product including the accessories is required.
2. Carefully pack the product, similar to the condition you received it in, and send it to the following address:

Note: The package must be shipped out within three days when you received the return instruction, or you need to follow the new process then.
(Note: The receiver code "RE CZPRGA 949112" is mandatory, which is crucial for our warehouse to identify the return as belonging to our store. If it's not included, the package may not be accepted into our inventory system even though it shows "Delivered". And any issues arising from this omission will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure that the tracking number is sent to us when the package is shipped. This will allow us to coordinate with our warehouse in advance for smooth processing. If the package cannot be properly received due to issues caused by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any related handling fees.)
4. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in proper condition, we will proceed with a full refund, including the reimbursement of your shipping costs via Paypal.(Package must be returned from the destination of the order)
